Universal EVO 3 with a factory controller to suit HJ / HX / HX WB HOLDENS

We refurbish and convert an original controller into a micro switch triggered unit to mate up with our Climate Changer EVO 3 for a factory dash look.

Glove box storage may need to be trimmed.  Please check dimensions carefully to see if it will fit behind your dash.

Unit dimensions

Width = 550mm 

Maximum height = 267mm from the top of the angled duct outlets to the lowest point of the sump

Maximum depth = 200mm Front to back

In built demister operation using 30mm stroke actuator (Two centre 50mm outlets, good strong flow even with all outlets open).
Left / Right / Centre outlet 63mm each
A/C evaporator and TX Valve
Digital A/C and Heater temp regulated cut in / Cut out.
Hi output 2 speed fan
Simple controls
6mm Alloy rear mounting plate with threaded and non threaded 6mm holes in each corner
Composite construction Aluminium / ABS Plastic
TX Valve and suction outlet lowered by 55mm from previous model
TX Valve can be changed (Room permitting) without removing the unit from the vehicle.
Positive and negative posts for the heater on the left of the top plate for ease of use.
Includes – Controller, Digital temp display (hidden mounting), flexible duct and mounting brackets
Solid barrel fan airflow 580 m3/h
This unit needs to be run in a vehicle with an alternator operating as the carbon fibre heater elements require as close to 14v as possible as well as drawing 42A to reach their operating temperature.  Bench testing with just a battery will not achieve the required voltage.

You will still require a compressor, condenser, receiver drier, hoses etc.
